KARMIJN DE SONNAVILLE

The Karmijn apple is a favorite at the cider mill. The sugar rich, high-acid apple imparts tropical fruit notes to the cider. A minimal Montana beet sugar addition balances this dry cider.

NEWTOWN PIPPIN

The Newtown Pippin is an old apple, grown by the founding fathers for cider making. The apple has a high sugar and acid content and imparts woody and earthy flavors in the finished cider.

Fermented with a blend of cider apples and heirloom dessert apples. The tannins in cider apples create a more wine-like, traditional pub cider.

Barrel-Aged

BOURBON

BARREL-AGED CIDER | ABV 6.9%

Fermented with a blend of French and English cider varieties sourced from Oregon. These apples contain tannins that offer a more wine-like, less fruity cider. Aged in bourbon barrels and complemented with a Vermont Maple Syrup addition.

CHARDONNAY

BARREL-AGED CIDER | ABV 6.9%

Fermented with a blend of French and English cider varieties sourced from Oregon. These apples contain tannins that offer a more wine-like, less fruity cider. Aged in Chardonnay barrels to complement the cider and minimally sweetened to highlight the apple and barrel.
